Policyholder Moves In

We send access details and a welcome pack directly to the policyholder. You receive a placement confirmation for your records. Billing is handled between us — your policyholder has nothing to manage.

Step 4

Ongoing Communication

Throughout the placement, we keep you updated on any issues, extensions, or changes. At the end of the stay, we provide a final invoice and placement summary for your claim file.
