General Questions

We’re a London-based serviced accommodation provider offering fully furnished, move-in ready properties for holiday stays, corporate stays, and insurance-referred temporary accommodation. 

All of our properties are in London. We have a range of locations across the city — from central London to well-connected suburban neighbourhoods. You can filter by area when browsing our properties page.

You can book directly through our website, or find our properties listed on Airbnb, VRBO, and other major platforms. All availability is managed in real time through our booking system, so you’ll always see accurate dates.

Every property includes full furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, all utilities (gas, electric, water), high-speed WiFi, fresh linen and towels, and a Smart TV. Everything you need is ready when you arrive.

Minimum stay requirements vary by property and by stay type. Holiday stays are generally available from 2 nights. Corporate and insurance stays can be arranged on a weekly or monthly basis. Check individual property listings for specific details.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets at any of our properties.

Parking availability varies by property. Each listing will show whether parking is available on-site or nearby. Contact us if you need help finding a property with parking.

Holiday Stay FAQs

Yes. All of our properties are multi-bedroom homes. Use the bedroom filter on our properties page to find the right size for your group.

Cancellation policies vary depending on where you book. Direct bookings are subject to our cancellation terms (outlined at checkout). Bookings made through Airbnb or VRBO are subject to the cancellation policy shown on that platform at the time of booking.

We do our best to accommodate flexible check-in and checkout times. This depends on availability around your booking. Please contact us in advance and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Yes — longer holiday stays often benefit from reduced nightly rates. These are reflected automatically in our pricing. Contact us for a custom quote if you’re planning an extended stay.

Corporate Stay FAQs

Absolutely. We offer VAT-compliant invoicing and can set up a company account for direct billing. Contact our corporate team to get this set up before your first booking.

Yes. We offer weekly, monthly, and rolling arrangements for corporate stays. We can adapt the terms to your project or relocation timeline.

Yes. We regularly place teams across multiple properties simultaneously. Speak to your account manager and we’ll coordinate everything.

All of our corporate properties include a dedicated workspace — desk, comfortable chair, and strong WiFi. If you have specific requirements around equipment or setup, let us know when enquiring.

Insurance Partnership FAQs

Use our dedicated partner referral form on the Insurance Stays page, or contact your assigned liaison directly by phone or email. We’ll need the number of occupants, preferred location, required move-in date, and any specific requirements.

We respond to all insurance referrals within 2 hours during business hours with confirmed options. For emergency placements, we will do everything we can to move as fast as possible on our end — simply contact us and we’ll get straight to work.

We invoice the insurer or appointed claims management company directly. Policyholders are never billed directly. All invoices are itemised and formatted to meet standard insurer billing requirements. Preferred partner billing arrangements can be set up in advance.

Yes. We offer flexible, rolling arrangements and can extend placements in line with the claims timeline. Just notify your liaison and we’ll confirm availability and update the billing accordingly.

We have properties across London. When submitting a referral, let us know the preferred area or proximity to schools, workplaces, or the original home address and we’ll match accordingly.

Yes. We have family-friendly properties with appropriate bedroom configurations. Please include any specific requirements in the referral form.

Contact our partnerships team directly. We offer preferred partner rates for regular referral volumes and can align our processes with your internal claims workflows. There are no setup fees — we work on a per-placement basis.
